A powerful front-end system lies at the heart of Blueprints production. Networked to all facilities through Macs, PCs and RAID servers this ensures integrity of files and safe “ROOM” transfer from design to output. We work on all standard (and some non standard) ranges of software. The system is based on an AGFA APOGEE X PDF workflow, to our Sherpa proofing and CTP plate making with SUBLIMA high definition screening to show fine detail on subjects such as furniture and skin-tone which have important texture and grain properties.

Colour separation is the process whereby full colour images are separeated into Primary Colour (plus black)

Cropping: the framing of an image eliminating that are not desired.

CMYK: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black are the colours used in printing.

RGB: Red, Green, Blue are the colours used to make up an image on a monitor or TV screen
